1 Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of ambergame is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players who access or use ambergame's services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease all use of ambergame immediately and close any existing account.

ambergame reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any amendments will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of ambergame after such notification constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ambergame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under PAGCOR regulations governing real-money online gaming in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by ambergame or PAGCOR.
• You are accessing ambergame from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or commercial enterprise in your gaming activity.

3 Account Registration

To access ambergame's real-money services, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one ambergame account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different credentials — is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ambergame will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details.
• Account Updates: You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your registered Philippine mobile number and payment method details.
• Non-Transferability: ambergame accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any associated funds to another person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ambergame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) through PAGCOR-approved payment channels. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100. ambergame does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and QR Ph are processed in real time subject to the payment provider's availability and processing windows.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to ambergame's KYC verification requirements being satisfied.
• ambergame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged for review under its Anti-Money Laundering procedures.
• Funds deposited to ambergame may not be withdrawn without first satisfying any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• ambergame does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds must originate from an account registered in your own name.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ambergame offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their individual terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. General principles that apply to all ambergame promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed or stacked unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• ambergame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on ambergame is governed by its individual game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all ambergame services:

• All bets are final once confirmed and may not be cancelled or amended after the round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, ambergame reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to players' accounts.
• ambergame's determination of game outcomes, including those produced by third-party live casino providers, is final. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted within 48 hours of the affected session.
• ambergame reserves the right to impose betting limits on any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to accounts suspected of professional betting activity or syndicate play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ambergame and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes under Philippine law.
• Attempting to circumvent account or IP blocks, self-exclusion orders, or other access restrictions imposed by ambergame.
• Engaging in any conduct that ambergame reasonably believes to be harmful to the integrity of its platform, its players, or its regulatory standing.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

ambergame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or a competent authority;
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder under ambergame's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, ambergame is entitled to void pending bets, confiscate bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings, and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation. Real money balances not subject to dispute will be returned to the player through the registered payment method following the completion of any investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on ambergame — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design — is the proprietary property of ambergame or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ambergame solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from ambergame without our prior written consent.

10 Privacy

ambergame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by ambergame's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications where you have opted in.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ambergame and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use ambergame;
• Loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government-mandated service suspensions;
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals.

ambergame's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 calendar days preceding the date of the claim.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be submitted first to ambergame's internal dispute resolution process.

Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanisms in accordance with its regulatory framework. ambergame commits to cooperating fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any dispute that cannot be resolved through the foregoing procedures.
